New Construction + Renovations
Building or renovating a home involves hundreds of decisions. Our new construction and renovation interior design services bring clarity, cohesion, and an experienced design perspective to every stage of the process.
Working alongside homeowners, architects, builders, and trades, our design team helps shape the home from the inside out—from interior layouts and architectural details to cabinetry, lighting, plumbing, tile, flooring, finishes, and custom selections. Every decision is considered as part of the larger vision, creating a home that feels intentional and connected from room to room.
Our approach is both creative and highly collaborative. We balance beauty with function, helping clients navigate complex decisions, anticipate details, and maintain a clear design direction throughout construction. The result is a home that feels refined yet relaxed, thoughtfully layered, and deeply connected to the way you live.
Specializing in new construction and large-scale home renovations throughout coastal Delaware and beyond, we create timeless interiors influenced by natural materials, texture, light, and the surrounding landscape—homes designed to feel just as beautiful years from now as they do on move-in day.

Full-Home Furnishings
Building or renovating a home and already have the construction details covered? Our full-home furnishing service is designed to take your home from finished construction to fully furnished—without the need for full-service interior design during the building process.
Working from your architectural plans and the finishes already selected, our designers develop a complete furnishing plan that considers how each room relates to the next. From furniture layouts and custom upholstery to rugs, lighting, art, window treatments, and finishing details, every selection is made with the whole home in mind.
With generations of furniture expertise and access to an extensive network of trusted furniture makers and vendors, we bring a depth of product knowledge that goes well beyond sourcing beautiful pieces. We consider scale, comfort, durability, lead times, and how the home will actually be lived in—particularly for new homes, second homes, and coastal residences throughout Delaware and the Maryland.
Our team manages the process from furniture planning and sourcing through ordering, warehousing, delivery, installation, and final styling, so when your home is ready, it feels complete from the moment you walk through the door

FURNISHING + STYLING
Rooted in generations of furniture expertise and guided by a refined design perspective, our full-home furnishing and styling services go far beyond simply selecting pieces. We create layered, cohesive interiors where furniture, lighting, rugs, art, and accessories work together to make a home feel considered, comfortable, and complete.
From a single room to an entire residence, our designers thoughtfully balance scale, texture, material, and function to create spaces that feel elevated without feeling overly designed. Our approach is especially suited to coastal homes, second homes, and luxury residences throughout Delaware and Maryland, where relaxed living and thoughtful design should go hand in hand.
What sets our furnishing services apart is our ability to pair professional interior design expertise with direct access to a curated furniture showroom. Clients can experience fabrics, finishes, materials, and furnishings firsthand while benefiting from a designer-led process tailored specifically to their home.
From furniture selection and space planning to sourcing, receiving, delivery, installation, and final styling, our team manages the details from beginning to end—creating a finished home that feels collected, personal, and effortless.
